The activity held for this purpose is done through organizations such as Economia Humana or different partners inside our Erasmus Plus projects designed through the European Commission.

The European Commission has several action lines to transfer knowledge and empower individuals or organizations through international cooperation.

Meet and Map resonates with this purpose and has been developing some projects to extend good practices.

We work with different methodologies combined in the workshops. This tools adapt depending on the roles of people involved and the goals.

They all work in a pattern that links up individual and collective vision with the general action plan connected to that specific purpose. We understand decisions are sustainable when the team has a clear vision and a honest agreement of the individual and collective responsibilities.

Systemic Thinking

Systemic Thinking

The systemic approach is a method developed by Bert Hellinger as a basis of Family Constellations. Gunthard Weber undertook the task of applying the method to the field of organizations. Since 1984 it is spreading with greater impact in large companies and international congresses with countries such as Germany, France, Brazil, Portugal, among others.

The method considers a group driven by a purpose as a System where relationships can be influenced by unconscious reactions or decisions. Part of the information that exists is perceived in the environment but is not easily visible. The facilitator helps the consultant to access this information not explicit but present, to raise awareness and take better decisions and benefit relations and also the system as a whole.

  • Relationships between departments
  • Leadership

When the guidelines do not arrive well, a tension is perceived in the atmosphere, departments compete or patterns of behavior are repeated in the culture of the company that hinder good communication and safety in decision-making.

The project

Jornades de Part i Art is scheduled to take place during the month of October 2020 where several events is proposed in different public and private spaces.

‟Birth as a motive of social and artistic creation„

A set of artistic events want to rescue Birth experience from anonymity and observe it from the intimacy, beauty, tenderness and generosity of women.

We take the BIRTH, as a central reason to be reflected with the intensity it deserves from Art and Creation perspective.

BIRTH is the moment in which, through WOMEN, a new LIFE comes into this world. It is a transcendent moment of LIFE. The way birth is given is a
primordial experience for each creature, each woman, each family and has the total importance for survival as a human species.

Conducted by

Migjorn is an organization specialized in natural birth since year 2000, placed in a small village in Catalonia.

It also organizes several activities in the educational field for children, adults, schools and institutions.

What and How to sponsor

During the month of october 2020, cinemas, cultural centers, theatres, institutions, schools and all spaces are invited to represent through art, films, performances, paintings, pictures, poems, talks, to inspire people about Birth through Art.

Organizations are invited to sponsor a location, a particular event or the logistics of the complete event.

Dones Lliures i Feliçes

(Women empowerment through Happiness)

The project

Dones Lliures i Feliçes project facilitates the empowerment of women individually and also in their relations with the community. The methodology is laughter therapy and expressive games. Training in recreational methodology is offered to women so that they can volunteer, enriching their experience and offering them the support of the network.

It arises from a project that has been carried out in different municipalities of Catalonia as part of a program of the Special Attention Services for Women, due to its great success and participation because it has generated motivation, mobilization and unity among the participating women.

Many of these women take care of dependent people or have some emotional, relational and labor difficulties, and with this workshop they recover the joy, passion and willing to live.

Meet&Map understands social responsibility as a transversal centerpiece of all the decisions that an organization takes. We believe in a future where this process will be implanted naturally in all sectors.

How do we proceed?

As consultants we first interview both sides and have a strong database of social programs and also of private organizations willing to get involved.

We first listen an understand the needs and potentials of the common adventure. Then we can dive into a second or third interview together to co-create the new partnership for that specific goal we agree.

Our special focus is to attend small and middle organizations from both sides (social and private), although we could also work in very precise areas with bigger ones.
